Are vouchers from Klook and KKday accepted at official gates?

Yes, completely. Klook and KKday are officially recognized digital ticketing partners across Asia. When you walk up to Universal Studios Japan or the Bangkok Mahanakhon SkyWalk with a barcode from these apps, the turnstile gate operators scan it exactly like a primary ticket bought directly from their own box office.

How do we collect physical transport passes booked online?

For simple city subway passes, the apps will issue a QR code that you scan at automated digital ticket machines inside the metro stations to print out your physical cards. For the massive physical JR Pass (Whole Japan Rail Pass), Klook will securely mail the official physical "Exchange Order" voucher straight to your home address worldwide before you leave, or arrange for a seamless pickup at major arrival airport terminals in Asia.

What happens if our plans change? Can we get a refund?

The vast majority of standard attraction and tour listings on both platforms feature a highly flexible 24-hour free cancellation window. However, you must pay close attention to ground transportation bookings—high-speed Shinkansen tickets and certain regional rail passes carry highly rigid, state-enforced regulatory limits and are often non-refundable once the official voucher is generated.
